Jamie has been a member of NYJO since 2023. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Jazz at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. Alongside his studies, Jamie leads his original project, CLIO, which has been performing across London in recent months. Drawing inspiration from artists including Norman Willmore, Kenny Wheeler, and Angine de Poitrine, his music seeks to channel chaotic energy through a contemporary jazz lens.

CLIO’s latest release, Demo Tape Volume 3, was featured on TIDAL’s Out There – Best New Jazz playlist. Jamie is also developing a project centred on the music of John Zorn’s Masada, co-arranged with Sam Eastmond and performed by a dedicated quintet.
