Yvette Griffith OBE

Chief Executive

Previously, Yvette served as CEO and Executive Director of the award-winning not-for-profit organisation Jazz re:freshed, where she played a key role in elevating the profile of UK jazz onto international stages.

As a founding member of both GiveBLACK and the Black Funding Network, Yvette collaborates with inspiring individuals to champion initiatives that galvanise philanthropy for not-for-profit organisations founded and led by the global majority. These organisations work tirelessly to improve the quality of life for global majority communities across the UK.

Yvette sits on the Board of Jazz re:freshed, is a founding Taskforce member of Black Lives in Music and received an OBE in the Kings 2024 New Years honours for services to music and cultural philanthropy.
