As Programmes & Operations Director, I lead NYJO’s performance and learning programmes, shaping vision and turning it into delivery. I define excellence ambitiously — across artistic innovation, distinctive education, and clear pathways for the next generation of creative musicians.

I lead with inclusion at the core. Everyone is welcome, and diversity of background, experience, and voice is essential to artistic excellence and the long-term future of jazz.
