Lauren brings over 13 years of experience in the voluntary sector to her role at NYJO. With a focus on fundraising, she has successfully raised approximately £10 million for various charities and not-for-profits. Her expertise encompasses diverse fundraising streams including trusts and foundations, community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and major donors.
In addition to fundraising, Lauren boasts 5 years of extensive youth project development and management experience. She has led major projects, guiding both staff and volunteers to achieve remarkable outcomes.
Prior to joining NYJO, Lauren served as a charity consultant, providing strategic support to organisations in income generation, strategy development, and impact assessment. Her background includes a particular affinity for arts charities, where she has made significant contributions.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing the saxophone, pursuing arts and creative interests, and spending quality time with her family and beloved Dogue de Bordeaux, Cooper.
