Join us to help nurture young musicians and build a vibrant future for jazz

Membership starts at just £2.50 a month.

NYJO exists to ensure that all young people—regardless of background—have the chance to explore their talent, develop as artists, and find their voice through jazz.

By becoming a Member of NYJO, you’ll be helping us offer world-class training, mentoring, and performance opportunities entirely free of charge to hundreds of young musicians across the UK. From our U18s Learning Programme to our flagship Emerging Professionals scheme, your support makes it possible for the next generation of creative talent to thrive.

At a time when music education is disappearing from classrooms and jazz remains underfunded and underrepresented, your regular gift helps bridge the gap. It allows us to plan boldly and inclusively – reaching more young musicians, amplifying more voices, and building a stronger future for this incredible art form.

In return, we’ll welcome you into the NYJO family with exclusive access to rehearsals, events and more – so you can see, hear, and feel the impact of your support firsthand. Click on each of these headings to discover what’s on offer.
